Guest Speaker Yoshiharu Tsukamoto Architect

Yoshiharu Tsukamoto was born in 1965 Kanagawa prefecture. He graduated from the Department of Architecture, Tokyo Institute of Technology in 1987. He studied at Architectural College of Paris Belleville from 1987 to 1988. In 1992, he co-founded Atelier Bow-Wow with Momoyo Kaijima. He completed his doctoral degree at Tokyo Institute of Technology in 1994. He was a visiting professor at Harvard University graduate school In 2003, 2007 and 2015. In 2007 and 2008, he was a guest associate professor at UCLA. In 2011, he became a visiting professor at The Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts and at Barcelona Institute of Architecture. He was a visiting critic at Cornell University in 2013. He was a visiting professor at Delft University of Technology in 2015, and in 2017, at Columbia University.Currently, teaching at Tokyo Institute of Technology. He was a speaker in seminar program at the 2017 xLAB Summer Program.
